The department is managed by John VanDaele who is a 35 year veteran of Machine Tool Finance and Commercial Banking for closely held manufacturing companies.  His father was a foreman for a shop in Illinois for almost 40 years so he has a deep love and understanding for what the customer’s want and need to succeed.  This background is behind his concept of offering shop owners a product that is good for the customer, not just a product that is good for the bank.   Combining the customer-friendly product with industry leading customer service from a “live” person has led to a winning formula.  He also takes great pride in helping small and new shops get the equipment they need to grow and live the American dream of building their own business. 

Drew has been in Machine Tool Finance for 7 years now and for almost 4 years has been based in Arizona.  He handles direct customer relationships in addition to working closely with a number of indirect sources of loan volume.  Drew enjoys getting to know the customers and learn about their business and feels that having a complete understanding of a customer is the best way to help them.

Mistie has 15 years of banking experience with exposure to all aspects of banking, ranging from retail banking and loan operations.  She has spent the last 7 years solely focused on Machine Tool Finance. Mistie takes pride in being a part of the Machine Tool industry as her family owns and operates a plating company based out of Southern Illinois.

Hannah has been in banking for 13 years and has exposure to many areas on banking including the branch environment, loan servicing, and loan operations.  She has been in the Machine Tool Finance specialty for 7 years.

Jason has 29 years of experience in commercial banking.  He started at US Bank and ultimately made it to a community bank environment which he prefers.  As bank President he has been very involved in the Machine Tool Finance department from the beginning.  He is also committed to maintaining the community bank advantage over the mega banks and understands how important that is to machine shops and other precision manufacturers. 

As CCO Ryan has bank-wide responsibility for credit underwriting, credit administration, collateral analysis, risk management, reporting requirements, along with preparation and maintenance of overall lending policies.  He is a 14 year veteran of banking with a focus on the credit function for 7 years.
