There is an update to the bill pay terms and conditions that you will be asked to review and accept when accessing bill pay. It is legit, they simply made some updates and are making you aware.

CSI will not call or text you and ask for your social security number or passwords! Please contact us with any concerns at 618-942-6666.

If your ATM or Debit card is lost or stolen, call The Bank of Herrin at 618-942-6666, Carterville Banking Center at 618-985-4848, or the Marion Banking Center at 618-997-2500 during regular business hours, or call CSI after hours at 844-202-5333 to report your missing card.
